Understanding your planning application needs
Every project has different planning application needs, from listed building consent for residential properties, to planning permission for commercial projects. Our planning application service is the initial step we take to ensure all of these factors have been accounted for. Submitting your planning application
We will analyse what documents need to be submitted to the local authority for each individual project, then work alongside you to complete all the paperwork, offering expertise and guidance where necessary. This process ensures that all paperwork is prepared efficiently and ready for submission. We also have a building regulations service that will submit all of the architectural designs for approval too.
Planning application review & approval
When all of the necessary planning application documents have been submitted, we will wait eight weeks for the local council to approve. Once the approval has been received, we leaves it up to you to decide whether or not you would like to proceed with our architectural services for the rest of your project.
