Brief
Refurbish and extend a Kentish Town home to create more generous living spaces and a stronger relationship with the outdoors. The project included front and rear ground-floor extensions, a new patio and roof terrace, while preserving the distinctive character of the existing façade.
Solution
RVA developed the project from the earliest design stages through to completion, resolving the architectural and construction details throughout. Particular care was given to sourcing bricks and compatible materials that closely matched the original frontage, allowing the extensions to sit naturally within the property. The new roof terrace and patio introduced valuable outdoor spaces for relaxation and everyday living.
