At the heart of this full home renovation in Queen’s Park, we designed and built a modern kitchen extension that beautifully combines contemporary style with the practicalities of family living. By extending into the side return, we maximised the footprint of the home, creating a bright, open-plan kitchen ideal for cooking, dining, and entertaining.
A bespoke central island anchors the new layout, becoming the focal point of daily family life. Whether preparing meals with the children, hosting friends for coffee, or gathering for relaxed weekend breakfasts, the island offers both functionality and a welcoming sense of togetherness.
A striking glass rooflight above the kitchen floods the space with daylight, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere. Large glazed doors connect the kitchen seamlessly to the garden, allowing for a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces and enhancing the home’s sense of light and openness.
Every element was thoughtfully designed—from clever integrated storage and durable worktops to a palette of warm, modern finishes. This careful attention to detail ensures the kitchen is as practical as it is beautiful, tailored to suit the rhythm of everyday family life.
