Tuscan Family Retreat

Reimagine a traditional country house near Cortona as a timeless retreat for family and friends. The project called for a home that would honour the character of the original property while introducing more light, comfort and a stronger connection to the surrounding landscape.

RVA developed a renovation concept that opens the interiors to contemporary living, with shared spaces on the ground floor and quieter bedrooms above, both filled with natural light and countryside views. Outside, the gardens were landscaped around a swimming pool, gazebo and pergola, creating a setting for long stays and slow mornings outdoors.
