Brief
Transform a traditional villa in the historic village of Rasiglia into a welcoming holiday home for family and friends. The design needed to respect the character of the village while creating light-filled interiors, generous shared spaces and private rooms suited to longer stays.
Solution
RVA developed a renovation concept around an open kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the garden and pergola. En-suite bedrooms and a dedicated study add privacy for longer stays, while terraces, shaded dining and a pool extend daily life outdoors. Discreet parking, integrated storage and sustainable energy systems bring quiet, modern comfort to the historic setting.
