Perugia Countryside

Create a contemporary villa in the Umbrian countryside, designed around natural light, refined materials and a strong connection with the landscape. The architecture needed to frame the surrounding hills while creating warm interiors and generous outdoor spaces for relaxed family living.

RVA developed the villa around timber, travertine and Corten steel, with a sculptural Corten fireplace defining the living space. Large windows capture changing light and views across the Umbrian hills, while the pergola creates a sheltered setting for outdoor dining. An infinity pool extends the architecture into the landscape, connecting water, garden and countryside in one considered composition.
