Brief
Reconfigure a 200-square-metre, two-bedroom apartment at Anantara Residences into a five-bedroom home better suited to contemporary family living. The client also wanted a modern, minimalist interior defined by muted tones, refined textures and carefully defined details.
Solution
RVA developed a complete design and build proposal based on a full internal reconfiguration, including the removal of existing partitions, finishes and mechanical systems. The new layout introduced three additional bedrooms while preserving generous living spaces. Flush skirting, frameless sliding doors, warm oak parquet and minimalist bathroom fittings created a cohesive interior, with the technical design coordinated to meet Dubai Municipality requirements.
