Brief
Transform the principal bedroom suite of a villa in Arabian Ranches into a calmer, more refined retreat. The renovation required a complete aesthetic update alongside improvements to the room’s technical systems and finishes.
Solution
RVA developed the architectural drawings and construction details for the full renovation, coordinating new flooring, walls, ceilings, plumbing and electrical upgrades. A neutral palette enriched with jewel-toned accents introduced depth and character, while a dedicated project manager oversaw each stage to ensure a precise and carefully managed delivery.
