Project Story: Dubai Marina Apartment Renovation

The apartment had solid foundations, but the interiors felt dated and disconnected from the lifestyle that Dubai Marina offers. Our role was to transform the space through a fully turnkey apartment renovation, managing every phase from concept to completion, so the client could experience a seamless design and build journey.

Before works began, our team handled the full NOC approval process and coordinated closely with the building management company.

The transformation begins in the bathroom, where the existing bathtub was removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower, instantly modernising the space and improving daily usability.

Across the apartment, the original flooring was replaced with wooden flooring, introducing warmth, continuity, and a more refined residential feel.
