Restore a historic home in the centre of Panicale as a welcoming retreat for family and friends. The project needed to preserve the property’s original character while introducing greater comfort, natural light and a balance between shared living areas and quieter private spaces.

RVA retained the historic structure and principal layouts, carefully adapting the interiors for contemporary living. The former loft was transformed into a bright retreat, while the kitchen, dining and living spaces were connected to support time spent together. The front garden, rear garden and terrace were also enhanced, creating private outdoor settings framed by views across Panicale and towards Lake Trasimeno.
