Reimagine a traditional home in Hillway as a light-filled residence tailored to contemporary family life. The clients wanted a more connected layout, stronger natural light and flexible spaces that could support everyday routines, entertaining guests and the family’s changing needs over time. The existing plan was fragmented, with underused areas and limited connection between the principal living spaces.

RVA delivered a complete design and build transformation, opening the ground floor to create a generous kitchen, dining and living area centred around a bespoke kitchen. A dedicated reading nook introduced a quieter space within the open plan, while the principal suite and children’s bedrooms were redesigned for comfort, storage and adaptability. The previously unused loft was converted into a bright, purposeful room with integrated joinery, adding valuable living space and ensuring the home can continue to evolve with the family.
