Brief
Refurbish a home on Ravely Street, updating its layout, finishes and building systems while preserving the architectural features that give the property its character.
Solution
RVA developed the technical design, architectural drawings and construction details for the complete refurbishment. Original fireplaces, high ceilings and decorative mouldings were carefully enhanced, while new flooring, walls, ceilings, plumbing and electrical systems brought the property up to contemporary standards. A dedicated project manager coordinated the work throughout, ensuring a clear and carefully controlled delivery.
