Brief
Design a contemporary apartment development in central Riyadh with a distinctive architectural identity and broad appeal to families and professionals. The client wanted a memorable façade and interiors that felt warm, modern and suited to everyday living.
Solution
RVA developed the architectural concept, technical drawings and material direction around a strong façade composition defined by a sculptural arched element. The interiors were designed with modern amenities and a restrained neutral palette, creating welcoming homes that balance visual impact with comfort and functionality.
