Brief
Transform a dated one-bedroom apartment at West Avenue, Dubai Marina, into a calm and contemporary home better suited to waterfront living. The client required a complete turnkey service, with approvals, design, construction and delivery managed alongside one coordinated team.
Solution
RVA managed the NOC process and building coordination, then delivered the renovation through its in-house team. Italian finishes, timber flooring and new doors run through the apartment, with a redesigned bathroom, a new kitchen and a bespoke dining feature wall, all tailored to the way the space is actually used.
