Full Villa Fit Out For This Arabian Ranches Home

Brief

Reimagine a large family villa in Arabian Ranches through a complete internal and external fit-out. The clients wanted a more fluid layout, stronger connections between the living spaces and garden, and interiors that felt refined, contemporary and better suited to family life and entertaining guests.

Solution

RVA developed a full design and build proposal, reconfiguring the ground floor to improve circulation and bring the kitchen and lounge closer to the garden through large sliding doors. Bespoke joinery created subtle divisions between spaces, while the kitchen, principal suite, bedrooms and bathrooms were redesigned with a cohesive material palette. Outside, a new dining and barbecue area, pergola, flooring and landscaping turned the garden into a dedicated space for family gatherings.
