Brief
Transform an older six-bedroom villa in The Meadows into a refined, future-ready family home. The clients wanted improved circulation, a larger principal suite, updated interiors and building systems, as well as a more functional connection between the house, garden and swimming pool.
Solution
RVA developed a complete design and build proposal, including a new front extension, a reconfigured kitchen conceived as the heart of the home, and a stronger connection to the landscaped garden through generous glazed openings. New flooring, doors and windows were paired with Italian materials, smart lighting, upgraded HVAC and electrical systems, while the pool and outdoor areas were redesigned for everyday family living and entertaining.
