Brief
Renovate the kitchen and bathrooms of a London home while refreshing the wider interiors and preserving its original architectural character. The project also required upgrades to the property’s plumbing, electrical systems and finishes.
Solution
RVA developed the technical design, architectural drawings and construction details needed to coordinate the renovation with precision. High ceilings, original fireplaces and decorative mouldings were carefully enhanced, while new flooring, walls, ceilings and building services brought the home up to contemporary standards. A dedicated project manager oversaw every stage to ensure a clear and carefully managed delivery.
