Brief
Transform a Victorian property within the Woodgrange Estate Conservation Area into a contemporary family home, combining generous spaces for everyday living and entertaining with improved energy performance and respect for its historic character.
Solution
RVA delivered a complete refurbishment and rear extension, centred on a 7.5-metre glazed opening connecting the new open-plan living space to the garden. Heritage details were restored with care, and a limestone-clad extension, green roof and full energy upgrade brought the home up to date without disturbing what made it worth keeping.
