Brief
Transform a Victorian terraced house in Dalston Junction through a double-storey rear extension and complete internal refurbishment. As the property sits within a conservation area, the design needed to create additional space while respecting the character of the building and its historic surroundings.
Solution
RVA developed the architectural drawings, technical design and construction details required to secure approval and guide delivery. The new extension was carefully integrated with the existing property, while a dedicated project manager coordinated each stage to protect the design intent, meet conservation requirements and ensure a smooth construction process.
