Support the delivery of the Maje store at Bicester Village, ensuring the fit-out met the brand’s requirements while satisfying landlord conditions, planning obligations and Building Regulations.
Solution
RVA managed the Licence to Alter, planning permission and Building Control process, coordinating closely with the landlord and relevant authorities. Our team also brought together the designers, MEP and structural engineers, contractor, Party Wall surveyor and Principal Designer, ensuring the project was technically resolved, fully compliant and ready for delivery.
