Brief
Extend and refurbish a home at Parkside Broomfield to create more generous living space and improve the relationship between the existing interiors and the garden.
Solution
RVA designed a single-storey rear extension alongside a complete internal refurbishment, developing the architectural drawings, technical details and construction information required for delivery. A dedicated project manager coordinated each stage, ensuring the design was carried through with clarity, precision and close attention to detail.
