Brief
Support the delivery of the DKNY store at Bicester Village, ensuring the fit-out reflected the brand’s identity while meeting landlord requirements, planning obligations and the standards of a premium outlet retail environment.
Solution
RVA managed the Licence to Alter, planning application and Building Regulations process, coordinating with the landlord and relevant authorities throughout. The design was technically resolved to preserve DKNY’s refined aesthetic while meeting rigorous safety, functional and operational standards.
